Instructions:
Through collaboration with our e-commerce data-partner Netsuite, BioMed Diagnostics proudly announces the launch of our Online Store and Customer Center.
In order to purchase BioMed Diagnostics products, you must first be a registered customer. You are free to register as a new customer--follow the link below to request a new Online Store and Customer Center Account.
We have a number of existing customers who are familiar with our products but are new to purchasing through our Online Store and Customer Center. If your company already has an inside sales account with BioMed Diagnostics, please contact our sales department to help you register. You are still free to request a new account, but any new online accounts may not be properly integrated with your company's specific discounts, terms and promotions.

Navigation:
Navigation is simple. Our Online catalog pages and product specific pages contain easy links to add items to your cart and from the cart back to product pages. At any time, you can see your cart status and item subtotal near the top-right of each page. You can go to the cart simply by clicking on the cart icon. You can login at any time prior to checkout; However, you must be logged in to see customer specific discounts or promotions.

Discounts & Promotions:
Current product prices are shown in the catalog and shopping cart. For distributors, researchers and others with special pricing or discounts, please login to see your account-specific pricing.
Transactions & Payment:
BioMed Diagnostics accepts payment from most major credit cards when shopping through our Online Store. Unless otherwise communicated, payment in full is due upon fulfillment of each transaction. Please contact BioMed Diagnostics to discuss other payment terms.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx couriers. You will be prompted to chose a shipping method before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges.
Return Policy:
At BioMed Diagnostics, we take pride in the quality of our products and services and we value our relationship with all our customers. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our return policy within the applicable 30 day period.
| • | No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). |
| • | A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date. |
| • | To secure an RMA contact Biomed Diagnostics Customer Service via e-mail at sales@biomeddiagnostics.com or access your Customer Center account via the web at www.biomeddiagnostics.com (service available for selected customers) |
| • | Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased from BioMed Diagnostics. |
| • | Items must be returned, unused, undamaged and in their original condition and including the original packaging. |
| • | It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. |
| • | If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. |
| • | Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. |
| • | Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return. |
